Homemade Kit Kat Ice Cream

It’s really simple to make this rich, creamy, and delicious Kit Kat ice cream recipe! It pleases the palate of any ice cream enthusiast and requires no churning or fussing.

I adore Kit Kats, and I adore making my ice cream. Combining the two only felt natural, and the result was quite tasty!

Recipe for Kit Kat Ice Cream

This goes great with waffle cones and was inspired by my other wonderful ice cream recipe on this website.

Ingredients:

All you need to create this recipe are a few basic ingredients. You can simply find them all at your neighborhood food store.

  • thick cream
  • Condensed milk with added sweetness
  • broken Kit Kat bars
  • Cocoa powder (for chocolate Kit Kat ice cream) with vanilla essence

For quantities, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

Instructions:

Compiling the components is as easy as making this recipe. To make it, not much is needed!

Step1:whip the cream

Using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form.

Step 2: MIX THE INGREDIENTS THAT REMAIN

Mix the crushed Kit Kats, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla essence in a large bowl. Add the cocoa powder if you’re creating chocolate Kit Kat ice cream as well.

Step 3: Mix and set to zero

Mix the ingredients into the whipped cream gently. After that, transfer the mixture to a 2-quart container or a 9×5 loaf pan, cover it, and freeze it for at least 6 hours or overnight.

A hint: Freeze overnight for the best ice cream.

REPLACEMENTS

Usually, at this point, I would provide you with some alternatives for making this Kit Kat ice cream recipe, but in all honesty, there aren’t any. The ice cream is made up of all the ingredients; it wouldn’t be the same without any of them.

CHANGES

Would you like to customize this recipe for Kit Kat ice cream? Here are a few of my tried-and-true suggestions for modifying this dish.

  • Your Favorite Candy Bars: To make this ice cream unique, try adding your favorite candy bar pieces to it.
  • Chocolate Swirl: For a lovely chocolate swirl, try drizzling some chocolate sauce on top

of the ice cream as you fold it together.

Storage:

For up to two weeks, keep this ice cream in the freezer in an airtight container.

Tips:

Although this recipe is straightforward, there are a few things you can do to make it the best it can be.

  • Crush the Kit Kat bars; do not grind them. Nice, bite-sized chunks of ice cream are what you desire.
  • To retain the creamy texture of the whipped cream, fold in the other ingredients.
  • Eat all of your ice cream within two weeks. Two weeks later, it might get blurry.
