01: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup honey, and 2 teaspoons dried culinary lavender. Cook until the lavender cream mixture is simmering, stirring from time to time.
